To calm the stresses of dealing with a headpiece…my fabulous hairstylist figured it out. She designed my hair to look good with or without the hat. We did portraits without, then ceremony and reception with it. After the ceremony, she just bunched the veil up on top of the hat and used a beautiful hat pin to keep it in place. Worked perfect!!
